JLWilson & Associates prides itself in doing the right thing for all stakeholders that they engage whether they be employers, employees or prospective candidates. The hiring of any professional for an organization goes beyond just a financial commitment, it requires chemistry, shared vision and common interests between the organization and candidate in order to work.

That said, the financial element of hiring an employee is something that should not be taken lightly and with this in mind, JLWilson & Associates has created a fully transparent, monthly fee service.

Company History

Jason Wilson, the Founder of JLWilson & Associates has been transitioning from his full cycle recruitment business model as a search consultant to running the business through a strategic hiring recruitment platform.  Jason has been in business since January 1, 2016 and this transition and planning into the new business model took place at the beginning of 2017 finally coming to fruition in May of 2018.  Jason has sacrificed everything into his business demonstration his passion to truly make a difference in the industry.  

Jason was employed in the manufacturing sector for over 20 years starting out as a team member and then progressed into leadership roles which included interviewing, and apart of the hiring process.  Being able to build effective teams was always a key skill needed in these roles.  As a recruiter for almost 4 years, his extensive experience in the manufacturing industry was the catalyst behind building the creation of this business. While working in the manufacturing industry for 20+ years, Jason was able to identify a gap between the goals of the organization and the employees hired to make those goals come to fruition.

Jason felt and to this date believes that in order for an organization to achieve its stated goals and objectives, each employee must be connected physical and psychologically to the business. JLWilson & Associates is able to help establish this connection by identifying an organizations culture and connecting the right candidates to that culture.

JLWilson & Associates was in incubator stage since June, 2011, and once all major dots were lined up he took to centre stage on January 1, 2016.
